New news. I have started to move the website onto a new system, Plone and using Quill as the interface. Theres over 200 pages on Abichal.com so it will take some time and then I have to beg some kind designer :) to make a beautiful skin for me, for the usual fee of course ;) and I have to drop the less than beautiful domain from the title tsk tsk. I dont know how I deal with .com. 'Abichal' is all it needs after all I'm not in business here. In fact quite the contrary I am bringing the heart and soul out of the internet and the kind souls who appreciate these pages. That's you. Consider yourself on that shortlist. Of kind souls.

I've been on the World Harmony Run for some time. It is a global initiative promoting Harmony and havent really been able to access the site. I will change it over to a web based system before the summer, hopefully...

There is lots of great poetry at Poetseers.org as Richard has been as busy as a bee finding great works to inspire. Multidays is doing well and has a new Multiday Running magazine out now and in a day or so the new edition of EZ6 the multidays newsletter will be ready for those people interested in running a multi-day race, soon.
Also posted a new (for the site) talk by Sri Chinmoy called The Reality Within
And I've archived the frontpage again

Well,It can't possibly have been this long...
Anyway The Multiday Runners Handbook excerpt is back up and can be accessed throught the link on the front page. Good luck to all those noble souls.

There are a few new poems up and if you click on the bird flapping on the front page there is another collection I have yet to organise properly but these poems come from Gill at Allspirit.
Also there was a new Q & A and there will be some more selections from Sri Chinmoy's book The Inner Promise. Most work is happening on the new February issue of Multiday Running, the newsletter EZ6, and of course multidays.com.

Also at the moment Richard has been reveamping and fortifying Poetseers.org and in addition to hundreds more poems and poets there are new categories to make navigation easier.

I am considering redirecting all Ultrarunning traffic to Multidays.com Anyone against such outrageousness let me know. Poetseers also has a new skin today courtesy of Tejaswi and it now looks beautiful.

It's not that there's been no news... it's just that some stuff got washed away and doesnt seem to matter anymore and The News has been suffering from tomanyotherthingstodoitis, again.
Anyway, the advent of Multidays.com is very exciting and has inevitably drawn focus away from here and Poetseers.org though reinforcements have arrived there. Here comes Richard, as Billy Bragg once said.
