Don Winkley sets new world record for 48 hours
(65-69 age group)

Managing 171 miles with less than three hours sleep The Tall Texan does the biz.

Well done Don.

1000 miles is a long long way to run as Boiragi once sang. Nice day for a jog though.
Here we have Tsvetan, Martin pointing in a peculiar way, Don the Grey at the rear, Chanankhya the universal and Pranam the newly-named, all taking their first steps of their ways and way over in the back right, you can see the silver hair of timekeeper extraordinaire, Race director Sahishnu Szczesiul, smiling at the start, and he'll be smiling at the end.

In the mens 1300 the battle is raging and Ashprihanal has averaged 85 miles a day for the first three days. He is our own Yannis Kouros. Finlands greatest multiday runner.
